Send or Resend Sign-up "Invite"

Identify users without accounts who needs to be re-invited because their previous invite link may have expired.

Steps:

  • Access "Admin View."

  • Navigate to "Member Access" section under "User Management."

  • Navigate the table to get acquainted to the various functions.

  • Then search for the user to be re-invited or Filter for "No Account" under the column "Login Status" to identify users needing to be re-invited

  • Hover on the login status to see "tool tip" message displayed for user

  • If option to "Send Link" provided, it means the user meets account creation requirements.

  • Click "Send Link" button.
