Re-activate User

Identify and re-activate users who were previously deactivated and now needs to be provided access to the system.

Steps:

  1. Access "Admin View."

  2. Navigate to "Member Access" section under "User Management."

  3. Search for the user to be reactivated or or you can filter for "Deactivated" under the column "Login Status" to identify users needing to be reactivated

  4. Hover on the 3 dots under the column "Action" and click "Reactivate User"

  5. Review and confirm action
