Manage Teams and Categories
This function allows you to maintain your Teams and Categories including viewing, editing and deleting Teams and Categories
Steps:
Access “Admin View”
Navigate to “Workforce Management”, then “Workforce Teams”.
Maintain Team Categories
Click on "Categories" on the "Workforce Teams" page
Navigate to the 3 dots next to the relevant "Category Name" to reveal options to view, edit and delete Category.
Click on any of the options to complete your actions.
Note: To delete a Category, all Teams under the category must have been moved to a different Category.
Maintain Teams
Click on "Teams" on the "Workforce Teams" page
Navigate to the 3 dots next to the relevant "Team Name" to reveal options to view, edit, delete and add members to the Team.
Click on any of the options to complete your actions.
Note: When a Team is deleted, all members of the Teams that do not belong to any other Team will be removed from the Church Workforce.
