Configure Visitor Welcome Form

Digitize your traditional Visitor Welcome Form. Empower your "Welcome" team to efficiently capture onsite and online First-timer’s information using a mobile device or PC.

Once a Visitor completes a form, the collected data is automatically populated on each Visitor's profile for follow-up purposes.

The form can be embedded on your church's website, shared online, accessed via a QR code, or sent directly to Visitors via email.

Steps:

  1. Access "Admin View."

  2. Navigate to “Settings”, “Configuration” and then "Visitor Welcome Form."

  3. Set the fields for collecting Visitor information.

  4. Save Changes
